Heather Wells retired from the United States Army as an Intelligence Sergeant Major following 31 years of service. She culminated her career as the Intelligence Advisor to three Directors of Intelligence at the Joint Special Operations Command from 2018-2022.

Heather is the Founder/CEO of WEN2K. Today, she is serving the high demand service areas of professional and business coaching, consulting on leadership development and team building, and the growing community of Resilience-Building Leader Program certification holders. WEN2K serves as an Authorized Training Partner for RBLP® and the Altitude Career Skills Institute.

She is a graduate of Excelsior University, the Joint Special Operations University’s Joint Special Operations Forces Senior Enlisted Academy (Class 5) and Summit Course. She is an International Coaching Federation Certified Professional Coach and a Candidate for the National Board of Leadership Certification.

Heather is currently serving as a member of The Command Purpose Foundation’s Board of Directors, a Trustee for the Third Infantry Division Scholarship Foundation, and a lifetime member of the Association of the United States Army, Society of the Third Infantry Division, and Joint Special Operations Association.
